Day Program
Our day program provides structured and engaging opportunities for adults to build relationships, develop life skills, explore interests, and participate in meaningful activities.
We believe day programming should be active, thoughtful, and responsive to the strengths and goals of each person. Whether the focus is community involvement, creativity, wellness, routine, or social connection, our goal is to make each day purposeful and enriching.
Employment Opportunities
Employment can be a meaningful source of confidence, contribution, and independence. UpSide supports adults in exploring vocational interests, developing workplace skills, and pursuing employment opportunities that align with their goals and abilities.
